Dental Care Professionals (DCP)

About us

The NIMDTA Continuing Education team is concerned with all aspects of Post Registration Education associated with all registered Dental Care Professionals within Northern Ireland who work within an NHS environment.  Regular courses are provided and can be accessed through the NIMDTA course manager link located in useful information section below.   

The two regional DCP Tutors are Amanda Jackson and Elaine Fugard who are based at Beechill House, Belfast.  They work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s and are contactable at:

Amanda is currently working on the educational needs for the dental technicans across the province and dental nurses within the Southern region.

Elaine is currently working on the educational needs for the dental hygienist and therapists across the province and the dental nurses in the Northern region.
