Expenses Claim Form

You are entitled to claim the following -

Travelling to / from home to work = If your mileage exceeds 40 miles in a one way journey, you are entitled to claim mileage in excess of 40 miles at a rate of 23p per mile.

Travelling to / from home visits = You are entitled to claim all mileage at a rate of 40p per mile.

Travelling to / from attendance at NIMDTA education i.e. Induction Day, Tutorials = If the mileage between your home and venue is greater than the mileage from your home and work, then you are entitled to claim the excess mileage at a rate of 23p per mile.

Please print of your own expenses form each month clearly stating the month the claim refers to

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FORWARDED BEFORE THE END OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH i.e. June’s expenses form MUST be received by NIMDTA before 31st July otherwise payment may not be honoured
