Practice Nurse Appraisal
NIMDTA have worked with representatives from the RCN and the HSCB to provide some documentation for use in appraisal of practice nurses. There is a link below which will bring you to the documents which are hosted on the RCN website. Hard copies can also be obtained from the RCN in a folder format.
