Learning Style Questionnaire
Individuals all have preferences as to how they learn. Some may prefer to learn on their own, at their own pace, some may like to read and reflect. Others may like to try something out first and see what happens, some may want to be taken through it a step at a time.
You can find out about your individual learning preferences by asking yourself what things you have enjoyed learning in the past and why you enjoyed the experience.
Team Roles
Belbin promotes and develops Team Role theory, enabling thousands of people to work with greater self-knowledge and understanding.
