E-Portfolio
Each foundation trainee has a personal e-portfolio in which they will store evidence of their training experiences, educational appraisals and assessments. E-portfolio is the evidence base which doctors will use for revalidation to maintain their professional licence to continue to practice medicine.

In addition there is a format provided for reflective practice, recording interesting cases and significant events. All entries should have learning points inserted. Foundation doctors in previous years have drawn upon their reflective entries to answer competency based questions at specialty interviews.
