Medical Oncology
This focuses on the treatment of cancer patients with Cytotoxic Agents, Hormones, Immunotherapy, Gene and Vaccine Therapies and Bone Marrow Transplantation. It covers a range of diseases from solid cancers through to the treatment of lymphomas. Medical Oncologists work as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Surgical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists and Medical Oncologists.
