The Agency is not equipped to provide immigration advice, neither are we regulated to do so. If you are unsure as to what your immigration status is, or whether you are eligible to apply please contact the UK Borders Agency (UKBA) or the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). Candidates should be aware that failure to meet the required standards, or provide sufficient information on your application form may result in your application being delayed or rejected.
You must bring your passport and proof of your immigration status to any interviews or assessments you attend.
