Peer Mentoring Pilot Scheme

Peer mentoring presents the opportunity for self-development through an informal non-judgemental alliance between a less and more experienced trainee.

NIMDTA Professional Support Team are developing a mentoring scheme for trainees and inviting ST3’s and above to consider undertaking mentor training as part of a pilot scheme.  The pilot will be offering mentoring to F1 doctors (August 2016 intake) attached to the Northern Trust.

If you are ST3 or above you can express primary interest as detailed below.  You will then be invited to an introductory event allowing you to hear further information and if you want to progress sign up to the full mentor training (you do not have to be working in the Northern Trust area).
