SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISER

Remuneration: AfC Band 6 currently £27,772 – £36,280

Tenure: Permanent post.

The post-holder will support and lead on the operational management activities of the Employment of Doctors and Dentists in Training.

He/she will be responsible for ensuring that key objectives are achieved in relation to the employee relations, terms and conditions of employment and absence management functions

He/she will also liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

HR Manager for Single Employer for Doctors and Dentists in Training

Remuneration: AfC Band 8A currently £41,995 – £49,476

Tenure: Permanent post.

NIMDTA will be taking over the responsibility for the employment contract for all Doctors and Dentists in Training in Northern Ireland from August 2020. Doctors will transition onto the NIMDTA employment contract in a phased approach between August 2019 and August 2020.

The HR Manager for Doctors and Dentists in training is responsible for the development and delivery of a high quality HR service for the employment of Doctors and Dentists in Training.  He/she will provide specialist and professional advice on all matters relating to the employment of Doctors and Dentists in Training in Northern Ireland.

He/she will lead on Medical and Dental Pay and Conditions, employee relations/employment legislation and attendance management functions for Doctors and Dentists in Training.
