What is Clinical Education Day?

Clinical Education Day is a full day conference event that aims to inform, challenge, support, develop and inspire educators and trainers, and provide leadership in undergraduate and post-graduate medical education in Northern Ireland.

The event is managed and delivered by NIMDTA, in partnership with Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University, and has been an immensely popular flagship since the first Clinical Education Day conference back in 2012

Who can attend Clinical Education Day?

The conference is 'invite only', and caters for over 200 guests to include national and regional leaders, medical and dental educators to network and learn from leaders in the industry.

Clinical Education Day attracts the highest caliber of national and regional leaders, medical and dental educators, and distinguished guests. The conference programme also provides a fantastic opportunity for guests to benefit from world-class presentations, attend workshop sessions and networking opportunities.

Guest Speakers we have had the pleasure to attend the event include The Health Minister for Northern Ireland, the Chair of the General Medical Council, and world-class Professors from Universities across the UK and Ireland.
