One of the ARCP requirements is contemporaneous completion of the portfolio, therefore completing SLEs, attending teaching, writing reflections, doing a TAB and starting the summary narratives which feed into your CS and ES meetings/reports, all need to be addressed in the first placement, as well as the second placement, as well as 2 months into the third placement when the portfolio has to be submitted for ARCP at the end of May.
