Clinical Education Day 2023 – “High Quality Education for All”
NIMDTA, in partnership with undergraduate colleagues from Queen’s University and Ulster University, were delighted to host the annual ‘Clinical Education Day’ conference on Friday 29th September 2023.
This year’s conference was titled ‘High Quality Education for All’ and delivered a packed programme of presentations and workshops tailored for medical and dental professionals who provide educational leadership in undergraduate and postgraduate education in Northern Ireland.
Dr Camille Harron, Postgraduate Dean and Director of Education for NIMDTA said,
“The aim of this conference is always to inform, equip and inspire Northern Ireland’s Medical and Dental Educators and we were delighted to attract such a high calibre of national and regional medical and dental leaders and educators to contribute to what was a varied, stimulating, informative and challenging programme.
This event brought together the full spectrum of educators committed to ensuring that current and future doctors and dentists receive high-quality education and training as part of the HSC workforce.
I was delighted to attend extremely engaging and thought-provoking presentations from inspirational speakers throughout the day, and the positive feedback received from colleagues regarding the event programme has been simply wonderful!”
