NIMDTA Announce new SAS Recognition Awards event!

NIMDTA is pleased to announce that its inaugural ‘SAS Recognition Awards’ event will take place on Thursday 17th October 2024 in the Hilton Hotel, Templepatrick.

Associate Dean for SAS Career Development, NIMDTA, Dr Julie Anne Forbes said; “The purpose of the SAS Recognition Awards is to officially recognise and celebrate the successes achieved by SAS Doctors and Dentists across Northern Ireland.

The SAS Recognition Awards will be your chance to promote and recognise your SAS colleague or team for their outstanding work, inspiration and contributions to supporting and improving healthcare.

This initiative is part of the wider remit of SAS Career Development in Northern Ireland, the aims of which are to support, train, attract and retain doctors in rewarding careers within our health service”.

Post Graduate Medical Dean and Director of Education, NIMDTA, Dr Camille Harron said, “I am delighted that the SAS Recognition Awards is a new and exciting addition to the NIMDTA annual flagship event calendar! Our SAS colleagues play a vital role in healthcare provision across NI I look forward to celebrating all the successes nominated for award.”
