NIMDTA, in collaboration with Royal College Surgeons England, is delighted to deliver the popular
‘Orthodontic Therapy Diploma’ course commencing June 2025.

This is an important and exciting addition to NIMDTA’s range of Dental Continuing Education courses!

Course Information

  • One year duration
  • Six places available
  • Hosted in Belfast
  • Cost: £13,500 in line with UK fees
  • A GDC registered orthodontic specialist is necessary to support you on site in your practice

Once appointed, there will be a workplace inspection of the local facilities for approval of clinical training.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be one of the following:

  • Qualified, GDC registered Dental nurse
  • Qualified, GDC registered dental hygienist or dental therapist
  • Qualified GDC registered Dental technician with appropriate clinical experience
