Ten Years Strong: NIMDTA Inducts Landmark 10th Cohort of ADEPT Clinical Leadership Fellows

On Thursday 7 August 2025, NIMDTA proudly welcomed a very special 10th cohort of ADEPT Clinical Leadership Fellows, marking a decade of developing future healthcare leaders through the ADEPT Programme. This milestone induction signals the beginning of a transformative year for the Fellows, focused on leadership, service development, and strategic engagement across Northern Ireland’s health and social care system.

A Decade of Impact

Dr Camille Harron, Postgraduate Dean and Director of Education at NIMDTA, reflected on the significance of the occasion:

“This year’s induction was particularly special as it marks the 10-year anniversary of the ADEPT Clinical Leadership Fellow Programme—a significant milestone in our commitment to developing future healthcare leaders. The application process was once again highly competitive and I am confident that the Fellows will thrive both personally and professionally throughout their year ahead. I look forward to monitoring how each of their projects evolve and the impact they will deliver in a diverse range of initiatives across Northern Ireland.”
