Early identification and appropriate interventions are the desired objective to enable smooth progression for trainees. In the first instance the ambition would be to initiate this support and resolution at local level. The PSU education strategy works collaboratively to inform and equip present and future personnel involved in the education and management of medical and dental trainees in this area.
