We began our new Placement Quality (PQ) Initiative in August 2021, this was led by Dr Sally Anne Phillips as Associate Dean for Placement Quality. Mr Wesam Elbaroni, ADEPT Fellow for Placement Quality (2021/22) supported the quality review of the Internal Medicine Training Programme (Year 1&2).
The Internal Medicine Training Programme was completed in March 2022 with publication of a Final Report in May 2022 below, this report highlights improvements made to the Internal Medicine training experience and areas where further development is needed.
