Cardiology Teaching
All Cardiology Teachings will be held (unless otherwise stated) at Elliott Dynes, Royal Victoria Hospital on the last Friday afternoon of the month. Internal (IM1 & Core Medical (CT2) Teaching
A CMT teaching programme has been co-ordinated to assist trainees with exam preparation. All Teaching Sessions will be held (unless otherwise stated) in NIMDTA once a month from 2pm to 5pm and are video linked to hospital  sites in Altnagelvin, Daisy Hill, Causeway & South West Acute.

Ill Medical Patients Acute Care and Treatment (IMPACT)
Designed by the Federation of Royal Medical Colleges and the Royal College of Anaesthetists, this 2-day course introduces the principles and practice of acute general medical care and the related knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes. The course provides senior trainees (CT1/2) in Medicine with key point presentations, workshops, “hands on” skills stations and critically ill patient scenarios to enhance skills needed for dealing with life-threatening medical emergencies. IMPACT Courses are currently only available to NI DEANERY CT1 Trainees.

Registrar Ready Course
This course is aimed towards CT2s only and a follow on from the CT1 IMPACT Course. This course aims to prepare CT2s for moving onto the Registrar Rota with the use of simulation and scenarios. Upcoming Dates are as follows;
